Tis the season for cute holiday treats. Try this oh so cute fun, festive, and easy strawberry Santas.

Ingredients
1 lb large strawberries
1 pkg (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
3-4 Tbsp powdered sugar (or sugar substitute – to taste)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips

Directions
1. Rinse strawberries and with a paring knife, cut off the leaf-end of each strawberry to make a flat surface. 2. Cut a 1/2- to 3/4-inch piece from the pointed end of each strawberry and reserve as the hats.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. Pipe a 3/4-inch-high swirl of frosting on each strawberry.
4. Press chocolate sprinkles or chips into the frosting to make eyes.
5. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.
