Fresh Summit brings together the leaders in the world of fresh produce to conduct business and examine trends and topics of common interest. Attendees consisted of 18,000 industry professionals from 65 countries.

Suzanne’s Catering was hired by Herb Thyme USA to produce 2,000 sliders for their booth at the PMA Fresh Summit at the Anaheim Convention Center. Utilizing their fresh herbs, we created a ground chicken slider with lemon, cayenne and cilantro aioli. Our basil beef sliders were also a crowd pleaser.

AFTER SHOW UPDATE: We were told that the Herb Thyme USA booth was the second busiest booth at the convention! Must have been those sliders we were pumping out.
